7th January Farmoor/Port Meadow
Dai John has just phoned to say that a flock of 44 BARNACLE GEESE have flown off from Farmoor over the hill towards Port Meadow where they may well have come down.
In discussion with Lew, it is reckoned that these are probably part of the feral birds from the Home Counties (Bucks are currently missing all their birds for example) which would make them Cat C tickable for keen BOU listers.
